Brisbane Cupcakes and Miniature Cakes

Cupcakes.

Cupcakes are $6.50 each and can be decorated using the following toppings. This includes a simple sugar flower, piping or heart motif. You can also choose foil or paper wrappers in a variety of colour.

A cutting cake on top start from $160 decorated with simple flowers or piping. Sugar sprays of flowers are an extra cost.

Three different toppings are available for cupcakes.

Fondant which is a lovely crisp sugar frosting that is soft beneath, it can be coloured as well as being kept a crisp white.

Sugar paste available smooth or with a textured pattern or a piped royal icing detail.

Chocolate ganache beautiful swirls of ganache either using white Callebaut chocolate and cream resulting in in a light cream colour that can also be coloured to suit your scheme or a rich Callebaut chocolate swirl using beautiful Callebaut milk chocolate and cream.

Clear boxes are available,at an extra cost of $2 each, so that miniature cakes or cup cakes can also be packaged and given to guests at the end of the day .

Miniature cakes .

Miniature cakes are available in the following shapes, square, round and heart shaped .The square and round shaped can serve 2 guests for dessert or 4 guests for a coffee serve.The heart shaped will only serve 2 guests for coffee serves.

Miniature cakes can be coloured and detailed to compliment your bridal scheme and have a wonderful wow factor.

Some couples choose a stacked wedding cake and also order the miniature cakes for gifts to be given to the bridal party and parents and grandparents.

Miniature cakes are $30 each and a cutting cake on the top tier starts from $160
